Eligibility and Account Registration

To use our services, you must be at least 19 years of age and physically located within the province of Ontario at the time of play. We restrict access to players outside Ontario, and if we detect wagering activity originating from outside the province, we reserve the right to void any winnings and suspend the associated account. The use of VPNs or any IP-augmenting software to disguise your location and access Luxury Casino from outside Ontario is strictly prohibited. Any gains obtained through such methods will be confiscated in full.

Deposits and Withdrawals

We accept CAD as our sole operating currency. Please note that card-scheme processors impose their own daily and weekly caps, including Mastercard's Payment Transaction limit of approximately 40,000 EUR per day and Visa OCT limits of up to 170,000 USD per 30 days. Where your balance exceeds these thresholds, we may process your payout in daily portions across successive business days.

All withdrawal requests are subject to a 48-hour pending period, during which you may reverse the request in full or in part. Once this period concludes, we process payouts on the next business day, Monday through Friday only; we do not process withdrawals on weekends or public holidays. Processing times vary by method: Visa and Mastercard withdrawals typically take 3 working days, e-wallets 1-3 working days, Direct Bank Transfer 6-10 working days, and CAD EFT or eCheck 2-3 working days. If you use a withdrawal method for the first time, please allow an additional 5-7 working days for processing.

Bonuses and Promotions

We offer generous welcome bonuses across your first five deposits, along with a Luxury casino no deposit bonus and other promotional offers announced from time to time. Our standard welcome package includes a 100% match up to $150 on your first deposit, 50% up to $200 on your second, 25% up to $300 on your third, 50% up to $200 on your fourth, and 100% up to $150 on your fifth. These bonuses are credited automatically as bonus funds, and successive deposits cannot be combined - each deposit is treated individually.

Any Luxury bonus or Luxury no deposit bonus we credit to your account carries a 30x wagering requirement before it converts to withdrawable cash. Slot games contribute 100% toward this requirement, while table games, parlour games, live casino titles, and other game types contribute only 2%. Certain games, including All Aces Video Poker and Flippin' Awesome Shields of Asgard, do not contribute at all and do not earn loyalty points. We always deduct wagers from your cash balance first; bonus funds are only used once your cash balance reaches zero.

We consider certain betting patterns to be irregular play, and we reserve the right to void winnings where we detect them. This includes single bets equal to or greater than 25% of your credited bonus, use of autoplay to clear wagering requirements, even-money bets on Sic Bo, Craps, or Roulette, triggering a game feature after your bonus balance has depleted, withdrawing deposited funds before your bonus is fully redeemed, and any form of hedge betting. Unused promotional bonuses expire 60 days after registration, and all promotions apply only to deposits and wagers made through our downloaded software.

We also run monthly point-boost promotions and status-level rewards through our loyalty programme. All promotional offers, including any Luxury promo code or Luxury bonus code campaigns, are limited to one per device, person, household, family, address, email address, financial account, IP address, or shared network. We do not permit two promotions to be combined simultaneously.
